Is my Torven watch assembled by hand?
Yes. Every Torven watch is individually assembled, inspected, and prepared by hand before shipment.
How do I register my watch?
Register your watch through the Register Your Watch page on our website. Registration helps us maintain accurate ownership and service records and can make future support easier.
Where can I find my serial number and reference number?
Your serial number and reference number can be found on your warranty card and are engraved on the caseback of your watch.
How long does order processing take?
Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Every Torven watch is individually assembled, inspected, and carefully prepared before it leaves our hands. During periods of high demand or when additional components are required, processing may take longer.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier has received your package.
What is Torven’s return policy?
Eligible watches may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Watches must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, documentation, accessories, and protective materials, where applicable.
Customized or personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What does the Torven warranty cover?
Torven watches are covered by a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials, assembly, and movement operation under normal use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, or damage resulting from use outside the watch’s intended specifications.

Is my Torven watch water resistant?
Water-resistance specifications vary by model and are listed on each watch’s product page.
Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may diminish over time as seals and gaskets age. Always ensure the crown is fully secured before exposing your watch to water and follow the water-resistance rating specified for your watch.
How should I care for my Torven watch?
