Every Torven watch is individually assembled and inspected before leaving our hands. Torven Watch LLC warrants your watch against defects in materials, assembly, and movement operation under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Torven will evaluate qualifying warranty claims and, at our discretion, repair or replace defective components necessary to restore the watch to proper operation.

If repair is not practical, Torven may provide an appropriate replacement.

Any repaired or replacement watch or component will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, subject to applicable law.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, aging, or deterioration resulting from regular use
• Scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic damage
• Leather straps or other components subject to normal wear
• Damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the watch
• Water damage resulting from improper use of the crown or exposure beyond the watch's stated water-resistance rating
• Loss, theft, or damage unrelated to a defect in materials, assembly, or movement operation

Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may diminish over time as seals and gaskets age.

The crown should be fully secured before the watch is exposed to water. Always observe the water-resistance rating and care instructions specified for your Torven watch.

To request warranty service, contact Torven with your order information, watch serial number, and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or additional information to help evaluate the claim.

Proof of purchase from Torven or an authorized Torven retailer may be required.

Product registration is recommended to make future service easier, but registration is not required to receive warranty coverage.

Do not send a watch to Torven without prior authorization. If the watch needs to be returned for inspection or service, Torven will provide return instructions.

For an approved warranty defect within the United States, Torven will cover reasonable return shipping associated with the warranty service.

If inspection determines that the issue is not covered by this limited warranty, Torven will notify you of any applicable repair and shipping costs before any paid work is performed.

This warranty applies to the original Torven watch and does not cover damage resulting from use outside its intended purpose or specifications.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Torven's responsibility under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement remedies described above.

This limited warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
