30-day returns
Unworn watches may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Torven watches are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Watch care
Keep your watch clean and dry after exposure to moisture. Avoid unnecessary impacts, extreme temperatures, and chemicals. Leather straps should not be submerged in water.
